Frodesley Fundraiser

The choir raised £1000 for charitable causes following a concert at Frodesley on September 13th; the cash is being distributed between Frodesley Church and Prostate Cancer. Organiser Kathryn Davies commented “everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening” and they are delighted with the amount of money raised.  The choir also appeared at Rushbury on September 21st in a concert to celebrate the work of the ‘Helping Hands’ Charity, performing to a packed Hall in an event that marked decades of service to the community by some of the charities members. The event was hailed a great success and organiser Rob Hood later said ” we received many letters and calls from our members saying how they thoroughly enjoyed the event and in particular the wonderful musical entertainment from your excellent choir, who really made the afternoon extra special.”
