Accompanist Retires

David Fisher copyMuch Wenlock Male Voice Choir regret to announce the retirement of their accompanist, David Fisher, who joined the choir in 2011. An accomplished and highly experienced pianist and a graduate of Trinity College in London, where he gained piano teaching diplomas and organist diplomas, David previously led Half Way House Male voice choir near Shrewsbury for a 10 year period in the 1980’s and also accompanies Church Stretton Choral Society. He commented “I will always be proud to say that I was the accompanist for the choir and have many happy memories to cherish….I wish the choir every success and hope to see it go from strength to strength”.
